This has over the years become a major part of our business in fact not only do private clients have their dream homes built for them by us, but other house builders commission us to!

Basements

Over the years we have constructed many properties with basements, due to our civil engineering background we have fine tuned the construction of basements to such a degree they now provide a way of adding considerable extra space at affordable prices.

Similarly with lifts, some of our larger homes now incorporate lifts we have spent many years looking at various different technologies and now have a bespoke cost effective way of incorporating these into our homes.

With our extensive knowledge and expertise we can tailor make a service to suit any specific requirements.

  • We can identify and source potential development sites for private clients.
  • We can deal with all aspects of site acquisition.
  • We can deal with all aspects of the design process with our architects or the clients preferred architects.
  • We have expertise in the planning process and can quickly and skilfully manage the planning application to achieve fast and positive outcomes.
  • Finally when the site has been found, acquired, planning permission granted we can complete the build with our own in house contractors, craftsman and other professionals a truly one stop service

Alternatively if the client has already found or acquired a plot we can offer the same “Design and Build” service.
